The ambassador may from time to time call a consultation meeting of unpaid consuls appointed in the country or countries to which he is appointed.
(2) In the meeting called according to sub-rule (1), the economic, commercial, commercial, cultural and science and technology relations between Nepal and consular areas where unpaid consuls are appointed should be reviewed.
(3) The ambassador shall send the report of the review conducted in accordance with sub-rule (2) to the Ministry.
